1/18/20 - Devlog 3

Currently working on the restart and next level functions.  I've fixed the constant pause issue on restart and next level.   I also fixed the issue where you would restart and the tile you left would turn to lava.  Also I added a ladder-esque thing that takes you have to land on to get to the next level.
